Although you are permitted to drop out of the Olympics, you truly should not unless it is totally unavoidable. The Olympics is the culmination of the recreational program every year and is part of our program. This is what the athletes having been working so hard for.
Don't regret removing your athlete from this big event, their peers will be talking about it and working toward it in each class!

Gymnastics Tip of the Month
As we wrap up another amazing year of flips, this month’s tip is all about consistency.
The best progress in gymnastics doesn’t come from perfect skills, it comes from showing up, trying your best, and building good habits one practice at a time.
Encourage your gymnast to:
1) Focus on the basics
2) Set one small goal each week
3) Celebrate every improvement – big or small! Strong fundamentals today lead to incredible skills tomorrow.
Let’s end the year proud of how far we’ve come and excited for an even stronger year ahead!
