Although you are permitted to drop out of the Olympics, you truly should not unless it is totally unavoidable. The Olympics is the culmination of the recreational program every year and is part of our program. This is what the athletes having been working so hard for.
Don't regret removing your athlete from this big event, their peers will be talking about it and working toward it in each class!
Tuition and Classes
Anyone that placed a temporary account freeze will resume classes on June 8th, 2020. Do not forget, this is a tuition cycle date. Tuition for this cycle will be charged on that day.
Account Freezes:
Due to concerns regarding the current spike in COVID cases, we will be automatically moving all currently frozen accounts to a partial freeze status. This will not guarantee your time/day/coach but will allow for your make up classes to be retained once you return. If you would like to unfreeze your account for July 6th, please contact the front desk ASAP.
G.USA Olympics
We are currently planning to service materials from the Olympics and credit the difference to accounts. Please lookout for more details as they become available.

COVID EXPOSURE UPDATE
As COVID positive results continue to rise across our community and country, we want to bring assurance that any student or coach that has direct exposure or has tested positive, will refrain from coming to the facility until cleared, following the local, state, and CDC guidelines.
At G.USA, and virtually every place where there are people, there have been individuals exposed to this virus during what is being called the second wave. Some have tested positive, including some staff on the recreational side of the facility. However, none were severely ill and some lacked symptoms entirely. There will continue to be more exposures and positive tests throughout our community as this goes on throughout the year, that likely won’t change for a long time. If there is a case that we discover within close proximity of time from exposure, we will inform parents who had contact with that individual. Thus far, this has not occurred as cases were from people who have not been in the facility for some time or not with confirmed contact with our clients and members while positive.
We will still keep the facility clean and sanitized daily with FCDP protocols.
We will also still follow local, state, and CDC guidelines.
CURRENT
MITIGATION
SOME MITIGATION, SUCH AS LIMITED RATIOS AND LIMITED SPOTTING, WILL PHASE OUT AS NEW DATA IS RELEASED.
Gymnastics USA has completed a total transformation of the facility. Including a disinfecting process of the highest level utilizing Certified Specialists in Environmental Decontamination.
These professionals utilized Ultrasonic Spraying Devices to fog every inch of the facility with an advanced antimicrobial solution. With this disinfecting process, coupled with our already in-place Facility Cleaning Disinfecting Program, we are confident and excited about our healthy and clean status.
We have also reformatted the recreational areas to ensure maximum use of space, allowing for open areas and clear individual training stations.
