Although you are permitted to drop out of the Olympics, you truly should not unless it is totally unavoidable. The Olympics is the culmination of the recreational program every year and is part of our program. This is what the athletes having been working so hard for.
Don't regret removing your athlete from this big event, their peers will be talking about it and working toward it in each class!

As we head into spring, continue encouraging your gymnast to work hard and stay positive! Important Billing Note
The event charge is spread out into three $46 ($39 for preschool and Climbers) payments and are applied throughout February, March, & April with your standard tuition invoice. Gymnastics Tip of the Month
One of the biggest keys to success in gymnastics is body tension.
Whether they’re working on handstands, cartwheels, pullovers, or beam skills, a tight core, squeezed legs, and pointed toes make all the difference. Strong body tension helps with balance, power, and clean technique.
Have your gymnast practice holding:
A 20–30 second plank
A 20-second hollow hold
A tight body handstand against the wall
Consistency builds strength!
