Although you are permitted to drop out of the Olympics, you truly should not unless it is totally unavoidable. The Olympics is the culmination of the recreational program every year and is part of our program. This is what the athletes having been working so hard for.
Don't regret removing your athlete from this big event, their peers will be talking about it and working toward it in each class!
Ninja Kidz is a recreational program designed for children ages 5 to 12 years old. Classes are co-ed and divided by skill level. The program includes four different events with three different levels. The four events are practices of Form, Obstacle, Climb, and Power. All four events are chosen to create a well-rounded Ninja and to achieve safe exercise, learning, and fun in every class.
To progress through the bands, Ninja’s must complete their corresponding online skill-charts which you, as the parent, can view at any time! In addition to their other skills and exercises in class, there is a focus-skill, which we call the “skill of the week”. There is a “skill of the week” on each event the Ninjas work on during class. Once the Ninja completes the skill chart, they are permitted to perform a “power up performance” where they showcase their favorite skills that they learned in that band.

Martial Arts Winter Garden
to participate in learning the Ways of the Ninja, you must start by having the Discipline of a Ninja. All Ninja Kidz are required to wear their proper uniform to every class. This includes the official Ninja Kidz shirt and Ninja Kidz wrist-bands. If you do not have a Ninja Uniform, you may purchase one in the lobby’s shop!
In our classes, the young Ninja’s learn flexibility, strength, tumbling, obstacle maneuvers, and the discipline found in martial arts. Our standard hour long class is perfect for highly active boys and girls looking for a fun, recreational activity. Here they can learn true ninja style movements and techniques within the confines of a safe and controlled environment. All Ninja Instructors are certified and trained via our comprehensive training and practical application testing.
