Although you are permitted to drop out of the Olympics, you truly should not unless it is totally unavoidable. The Olympics is the culmination of the recreational program every year and is part of our program. This is what the athletes having been working so hard for.
Don't regret removing your athlete from this big event, their peers will be talking about it and working toward it in each class!

Hello Gymnastics USA Family! Spring is in full swing, and so are our gymnasts! May hosts our biggest event of the year – the G.USA Olympics! This is a great opportunity to see milestones, and watch our athletes showcase what they’ve worked so hard for in class. With competition season wrapping up for our competitive gymnasts and our summer prep beginning, this is the perfect time to celebrate progress, spotlight our stars, and share some helpful tips to keep everyone inspired and motivated.
Gymnastics Tip of the Month
Master Your Mental Game:
Gymnastics isn’t just about physical strength—mental strength plays a huge role too! This month, focus on visualization. Before attempting a skill, take a moment to close your eyes and imagine yourself doing it perfectly. This mental rehearsal can boost confidence and performance!

May 17th: Classes Cancelled for the G.USA Olympics!
May 17th: Skills and routines are well on their way and uniforms will be ready for pick up in this month! This is the biggest event of the year! Be sure to mark your calendars! If you are enrolled in classes, you are automatically enrolled into the G.USA Olympics, as it is a part of our recreational program.
