Although you are permitted to drop out of the Olympics, you truly should not unless it is totally unavoidable. The Olympics is the culmination of the recreational program every year and is part of our program. This is what the athletes having been working so hard for.
Don't regret removing your athlete from this big event, their peers will be talking about it and working toward it in each class!

We are in our Pre-Olympic Season and are very excited for this year’s G.USA Olympics on Saturday, May 16th. This is a time where your children get to showcase what they have been learning thus far in their recreational classes. This is not a competitive event, but is done in the style of one. Each athlete will receive a trophy, goodie bag, a special event uniform, and lunch at the conclusion of the event.
Children will also begin to learn their routines for the event starting next month. Keep in mind that with the Olympics, there comes an addition cost that is broken into three payments in February, March, and April. The first will be coming out along with Cycle 8 tuition.
This will be a great time to start letting all the family and friends know to save May 16th on their calendar! Two spectacular tickets are included with the costs for the event but more tickets can be purchased online at our Olympic Portal.
Attention:
Although you are permitted to drop out of the Olympics, it is highly recommended not to do so. The Olympics is the culmination of the recreational program every year. If you decide to drop out you must do so before March 2nd. If you drop out after any payments have been applied, you will only be permitted a credit of amounts paid (not a refund). No credits or refunds will be issued if you miss the drop out date. Drop has to be made through the Olympic Portal online.
